Leeds United striker Nicky Ajose has joined Sky Bet League One side Crewe on an emergency loan deal.
Ajose, who signed a three-year contract when arriving at Leeds from Peterborough in August, will stay at Gresty Road until January 5.
The 23-year-old, has made only four appearances for Leeds after the West Yorkshire club paid a reported £150,000 for him under previous manager David Hockaday.
Ajose progressed through Manchester United's academy and signed for Peterborough in July 2011.
He made made 28 appearances in all competitions for Peterborough and has had loans spells at Scunthorpe, Chesterfield, Crawley, Bury and Swindon.
