Newcastle United will not be selling Ayoze Perez before the end of the transfer window, according to Sky sources.

The Spaniard, who was signed by Newcastle from Tenerife for just £1m last summer and scored seven times last season, had been linked with a move away from St James' Park but he is staying put for the time being.

Meanwhile, Newcastle teenager Olivier Kemen has completed a permanent move to French club Lyon.

The 19-year-old midfielder, who joined Newcastle from Metz during the summer of 2013, has returned to his native country for an undisclosed fee.

Kemen was a regular at U21 and youth level, but did not make a first team appearance during his time on Tyneside.
