Bayern Munich have jumped to the head of the queue to sign Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez this summer. Former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is trying to acquire some top players to help the German champions maintain their domestic dominance, but also win another Champions League crown.

Tottenham and Arsenal transfer target Isco is close to sealing a new deal at Real Madrid. His salary will move from €3m (£2.6m) to €8m (£6.9m) and he will sign on for five or six years, ending any hopes of a move to England this summer.

Heavily linked with a move to Chelsea this summer, Tiemoue Bakayoko met with Arsene Wenger in November in a Paris hotel. The Gunners boss was unable to convince the Monaco midfielder to move to the Emirates, and now it seems he will line up against the Gunners next season.

Bakayoko's brother, Soualio, has admitted the 22-year-old midfielder would be open to a move to Paris Saint-Germain in the future. "Imagine, one day, you signed for PSG," I said. He replied, "I would like to go to PSG, if they move for me, I do not see why I would refuse," but he added, "I have time, if I have to go to PSG, I will go." It remains to be seen if the capital club would be able to stop Chelsea landing their man this summer.

With doubts creeping in over the future of Petr Cech, Arsenal are being linked with a summer move for Sporting Lisbon goalkeeper Rui Patricio. The 29-year-old was named on the Ballon d'Or list this year and helped Portugal win Euro 2016. He would be available for around £13m.

Juventus are ready to table a €80m (£69m) bid for Marco Verratti this summer. The PSG midfielder's future has been brought into question after their elimination from the Champions League and the Italian league leaders have been long-term admirers.

Another player in the sights of the Bianconeri is Federico Bernardeschi. The Fiorentina winger can play all across the attack and with 10 goals and four assists, he has been one of Serie A's standout performers. Previously linked with a move to Chelsea and Inter, the 23-year-old could be a replacement for Juan Cuadrado.
